Hello dr,my niece is of 3 year old since 2 days complaining pain in abdomen and not eating the food properly ...He is lying down on his stomach due to stomach pain we r not getting how it is happening to him kindly help me out for this ...thank u

Kindly deworm the child.It could be either due to worm infestation or mesenteric lymphadenitis, which can be seen in this age group.
