ABDOMAL Skin is getting Pink

I just saw that tge skin around my thigh is very thin and pink and so is the skin under genitals. The skin below the testis is pink and if I scratch it a little bit tge skin sheads and blood comes a little blood. I don't know what to do please help me. I was trimming my pubic hair and then I saw this I don't know what to do and why this is happenin
