Abcess Near Anal Since 3 Years
The wound is occurring from 3 years ago 6-7 months I used to have it once but for 3-4 months to 7-8 days there is a continuous boil-like lesion in it, it does not have pain, only a little bit of blood comes out, there is also mild pain.

I think it may be fistula and it requires the through examination by docter and if it diagnosed as fistula then kshar sootra treatment will be best

Hello dear, your problem is due to fistula, consult Ayurvedic doctor (surgeon) nearby available Hospital/Ayurvedic college, Take Triphasava or Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals
