Ab phylline & Ab flow N?

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My mother has been suffering from throat infection with phelgm,she is doing good now Doctor prescribed her with "Ab flo N(Acebrophylline & acetylsystiene),& I got suffered from infection and Doctor diagnosed me with "Bronchitis",he prescribed "Ab phylline few months back,,my doubt is regarding 1) can Ab phyliine & Ab flo N can treat for both lung infection like bronchitis & cough with phelgm in throat?? 2) can I use Ab flo N for bronchitis and infection in lungs with phelgm incase If I get ?? Please clarify the above 2 questions and give me your valuable answers
