A very light pain above my public hair

Asked for Male, 22 Years

A very light pain occurs above my public hair on right/left side. It normally occurs after ejaculation but now it is occuring without ejaculation at some time in a day. Very light testis pain also occurs and if I jump from a certain height, sudden pain occurs below my testicles. Kindly suggest remedy
