A tiny hole

There was blood filled beneath my skin it was a small bump almost the size of a shirt button but the skin there was not tight enough I could feel the blood by touching over it and accidentally it burst out I cleaned that area but it left a tiny hole filled with a sticky clear liquid now the hole is not healing up
