A rash appearing at back of neck.
Hi, It's been a while that a blackish rash has appeared at the back portion of my neck. I had consulted a local doctor who diagnosed it to be PLE (Polymorphic Light Eruption) and gave me Flutivate cream to apply on it. It had no effect and the rash still remains. When I consulted another doctor, he suggested Luliconazole Cream and KENZ Soap as it did not seem like PLE. This too hasn't had any major effect on the rash. The rash area does feel itchy immediately after a bath or if sweat touches the region. I am unable to upload a photo of the issue with this request. So I have uploaded it in my medical records. Please help. Thank you.
