A pain occurig in my side for 2 weeks

I went for a quick one mile jog about two weeks ago and got a side stitch that hurt pretty bad but I kept pushing through for about 4-5 minutes. The next day it hurt and now for the last two weeks I've been having a dull pain but also recently an itch in my lower right side kind of near where the side stitch was. I thought maybe appendicitis but those symptoms are typically more painful. I haven't had any nausea or anything I have had some runny poos. But that could be due to the milk of magnesi
