A lesion like ringworm

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I've been suffering from ringworm since 2 years. it's on my thigh.it's like a lesion surrounded by clusters filled with liquid like substance.when i itch that the liquid like comes out.please help me to get rid out of it.i had been used alot of creams like itchguard,clotimazole cream,currently using nixoderm.please help me to get rid of it as fast as it can go.
