I was a very outgoing person had been traveling, meeting people and have been exposed to different life situations. Now for about 9 months, I have this constant fear when I am in a public place.. I feel things around me is shaky.. I feel I'm too much focused on the thing right front of me. I did tend to avoid situations, but now I forcefully get along with the situation.. i am able to handle things but I can't do it with ease..things like going out to meeting or am event is worrying me, but I do attend them. I am anxious about those little things I did with much happiness, like going out with friends or having a team outing.
