I had a pimple type swelling on my cheek which grew up into a lump and its paining...some says its fungal some says its cyst....but it pains.I need a suggestion

Greetings - this may be a nodulocystic lesion -esp if you have been getting acne - and may need a intra lesional injection into the lesion - kindly see a qualfied dermatologist first for adequate diagnosis and treatment. Untreated nodulocystic lesions are prone to bad scarring- so do not ignore. Other possibility is sebaceous cyst. warm regards - Dr Govind Suresh Mittal
