A brownish spot on feet

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Since many weeks, I have a brownish spot on my skin, it wasn't that brownish at start but in that area the skin was getting peeled off, dis eternal would be around 0.5cm, Now that spot had swelled up a little bit like a pimple, and there's a whitish(slightly white) skin in between. Please help me out!!! Is this serious?
