Headache and dizziness are probably due to concussion. It may take few days to weeks to resolve.
Get your BP checked( even if you are not on any medications). Did you experience loss of consciousness after the injury? Do you experience dizziness during change in head positions or is it continuous?
MRI tho is normal there might be minimal impact on the skull bones or your head so give it around 5 days time
It’ll come down
If not consult a neurologist
Next Steps
Do steam inhalation as report shows you’ve sinusitis
Headache is mainly due to concussion injury and will get normal. Just observe any warning signs like vomiting, confusion state, delirium, etc
