9 months baby feeding
My 9 month old baby projectile vomits very often usually after evening. Sometimes through nose. Giving him neopeptine now. He doesn't likes to eat anything and eats very less as is. He vomits 4-5 times a week. Please advise.

As he not eats well,one of possibility is to infection. Give him syp ondensetron,esmoprazole, syp.cefixime

Your child needs to be evaluated thoroughly with detailed history and physical examination. Duration of vomiting, his feeding pattern, child's weight gain, growth and development all need to be checked. Some investigations may have to be done.
