Hi.
My advice is to give energy dense foods like khichdi, dalia, vegetable pulav. Add ghee in it. 3-4 meals per day would be adequate with breastfeeding.

hi, so start with kanji, transition should be watery then after couple of weeks then semi solid. Can give mashed soft boiled potatoes, watery kichari, start with one , gradually increase. Ideally it should have been started around 6 months.
Good evening
You can give him raggi, idli, dosa, egg yolk not egg white after a month you can start egg white.
Initially start with 1 vegetable per week and introduce new ones, can give fruits such as apple , banana, rice with dal.
Continue breastfeeding
Hello,9 month old can eat most of the foods which you cook at home by simply modifying them, such as idly, mashed rice with dal, khichdi, boiled carrot, boiled potato, boiled sweet potato, boiled apple, papaya, sapota, grapes, banana, egg yolk, musk melon.
Health Tips
Avoid egg white till one year.Dont give nuts directly. You can make nuts in to powder and give.
