My daughter has a lymphs nodes since 1 and half year. At present on findings it measures 9.2 MM with preserved fatty hilum. I want to know we should take some care or not in this regard.

Look for associated symptoms like fever weight loss pain and any enlargements in size, any increase in no.of lymphnodes in the same area or appearance of new nodes in other parts of body if none of these r present it may b nonspecific lymphadenitis .If any of above is present consult ur pediatrician
