Heavy fever in 8month baby for 2days yesterday nit consulting doctor and I have used fever medicine p120 today morning my baby apply polio drops any side effects pls tell me.

No,no side effects will occur from polio drops. Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by above,consult your paediatrician asap.
