81 years Malignant prostate metastasis
My father 81 years IN Chennai India is diagnosed for Malignant prostate metastasis spread to bones in spine and few other places. Hence he is suffering from severe back pain and hence completely on the bed. His PSA count is at 1349 ng/ml as on 20th sept 2017. On 9th September 2017 he has undergone Oriechtomy removal of both his testicles. We are prescribed and we are taking GABANTIN 100 once a day every morning at 8am since 11th Sept until date. Seek advice on...how long should we take?

Usually Gabantin is given for long duration. .. I am not very sure why was it given in the first place .. is it for pain in the back ?
