8 years ear condition / skin infection
It seems to be scabs and underneath after being peeled has liquid and/or sores. It started around 8 years ago. Only on the outer ear doesn't effect the lobe and only goes as far as the beginning of the ear canal. Doctors say inside it's very clean says it's swimmers ear. The drops and antibiotic has seemed to work but hasn't.

You seem to be suffering from skin problems in the external ear and opening of the ear canal probably contact dermatitis. You may need to apply steroid antifungal creams for few days. Cause for such problem needs to be identified which may be soap you are using
