You should do obstetric ultrasound.. To see wellbeing of baby.. See if FHS  present or not

Reasons could be multiple If there is heartbeat on the ultrasound it could be because of progesterone deficiency It could be implantation bleeding It could also be because of a missed abortion of there is no heartbeat
