My 7month old baby boy has high AST(185.5) ALT(140.5). He was having blood in his stool in December 2022.doctor suspect CMPA. So i have exclude all milk product from my diet as he was on exclusively breast feeding. But again on March he is having blood in his stool. Now AST & ALT is showing high. Is it something to worry about. Is it serious? Please answer,
