7mmx5mm stone in ureter. Left untreated.

I had much pain with nausea and vomiting in Sep 2020, done USG, result 5.7mm stone in right kidney & mild hydroneprosis. Pain stopped after 1 day.   Again there was moderate pain every month till Jan 2, 2021. Pain on 3rd Jan 2021 with little nausea, done USG, stone 6.9mm in right mid ureter with mild hydroneprosis.   Done CT KUB, stone 7mmx5mm in right upper ureter with mild hydroneprosis. Done IVP, result - mild hydroneprosis in right kidney  Done CBC - Normal Creatinine - 0.80 then 0.78 Urine Culture - Negative, No bacteria Kidney Function - Normal Liver Function - Normal  No blood in urine, urine flow normal,  Just a mild pain or heaviness like feeling in the right flank, all day from last 3 weeks Taking urimax 0.4/Dynapress 0.4 from last 2 weeks Potrate MB6 syrup Consulted 5 urologists, 4 suggested RIRS/Flexible Ureteroscopy 1 suggested to wait for 1 month I am really worried whether this stone or calculi will damage my kidney if left untreated.
