  4. 7 wk pregnancy with no heartbeat. Fine?

7 wk pregnancy with no heartbeat
I am pregnant. Done an ultrasound and saw a foetal pole. Gd by scan is 6w 3 d . But there is no heartbeat. After 10 days ,done another ultrasound and gano heart beat . Is there any problem? In my firltrasound 6 w 3 day , after 10 days only 7 w 0 day . Is that affect my pregnancy ? Is my baby fine ? My lmp was 6/01/2018
