Dear Sir, Please give last prescribe dose of paracetamol. For say if the child’s weight around 6.5kg. Pls give Crocin /Dolo drops (1ml/100mg) 0.8ml single dose. It should make child comfortable in case of pain. Inspite of that child is irritable take to emergency department. Nearby
