You should give exclusive breast feeding to your baby...stop formula feeding... Kindly recheck latching position and try to express fee drops of BM and then put on breast so baby will latch properly...

Avoid formula feeds and give only breast milk. If baby not interested or not latching then express and give with spoon or pallada
Next Steps
Try breast feeds when baby is about to wake up and not while crying.

Avoid formula with bottle Concentrate on exclusive breast feeding ,if u feel any how milk is insufficient or latching is an issue in that case only expressed breast milk or  formula can be tried but not via bottle but rather with paladai or spoon katori to avoid Nipple confusion. We cannot keep baby hungry ,provided milk is sufficient which can be determined by adequate urine i.e more than  6 times in a day and good sleep time post feed .
