I really appreciate that u wanna find solutions for night grinding (bruxism). For ur daughter. Many of them ignore it.. the treatment aspect is wearing a night guard will help,
Night guard will prevent attrition of your child’s teeth n help in reducing d tension on tmj , in stressful people with night guard even meditation is recommended

CAUSES OF BRUXISM:
anxiety n stress ,teething,Malocculsion (misalignment of teeth)
Bcoz of these continuous grinding of tooth pulp region of the tooth get exposed
Cavities that already present can get worse due to constant grinding
Fractures can occur in the jaw area etc......
TREATMENT :
Balanced diet
Night guard
Exercise
Decrease your child stress especially just before sleep
It is common in children especially those who mouth breathe due to nose block etc. nothing to worry. If it persists into adulthood then soft night guard can be made to protect the teeth. Most children outgrow it
