6 weeks pregnant need consultantion

6 weeks pregnant, i have 6-8 PUS (WBC)cells and epithelial cells are 25 - 30. Hemoglobin : 11.9 Rest all the report including thyroid is normal. Can it affect my pregnancy , what should I do now ? Need advice.
