My baby is 6 month old i have to start office next month. I have tried giving him formula but he refuses. He takes water from bottle but hates formula. Have tried every brand of formula but he just want breast milk and my breast milk is very low. Also, he is not taking much solids as well just take 4 spoons at a time. Please advise what should I do. I really need him to take formula.

Please express your milk and ask a caregiver to give in your absence. Expressed milk can stay ok outside for 4 to 6 hours and in fridge for 4 days. Keep trying solids. He will take solids or formula. Don't worry. He won't stay hungry. Please visit a pediatrician or lactation consultant for guidance

You could give expressed breast milk to the baby. Can consider starting a semi- solid diet for the baby like ragi, cerelac or any similar feed. You could stop giving water to the baby. No need to give water to quench the thirst, as baby is already on breast feeds.
Consult pediatrician for a physical evaluation.
