Hello doctor,iam a 19week pregnant woman.This is my 2nd pregnancy.During my 1st pregnancy I failed to breastfeed my baby due to low milk supply I have thyroid.This time I am worried to get milk Could you please let me know what type of food and medication required to get immediate milk supply after delivery.In allopathy I don't find exact remedy to this problem.Please solve my problem I heard that shatavari is good but don't know whether it is used in pregnancy or not.

Shatavari is good in pregnancy. You can take Shatavari kalpa 1 teaspoonful in 1 glass of milk upto  38 weeks of your pregnancy and start it again immediately after delivery.
