  4. 5mm stone in vuj. In kidney to bladder?

5mm stone in vuj
5mm stone in puj ct scan report on 23.10.21 non obstruction. My last ct scan report  (02.03.2022) show 5mm stone in vuj with mild pelviureteric prominence. How long I wait to pass this stone through urine? What is pelviureteric prominence? What is the symptoms of block the urine flow in kidney to bladder? Please answer to my 3 questions
