531 Triglycerides,SGPT 88.2, SGOT 87.4
Hello, i have attached deviation report of blood test My Hb1ac is 5.5% TGL shows 531 and SGPT 88.2, SGOT 87.4 What shall be my next course of action. Can r reduce it by excercise and food or i need to take medication? Thanks

Your triglycerides are high,  start taking tab Rosuvastatin 5mg daily after dinner for 6 to 8 weeks, then repeat lipid profile. Take fat free, low sugar diet, do regular physical exercise.
