Hello there, if your child plays in daytime and complains leg pain at nighttime. Then it can be growing pains. But you should rule out deficiency. Check her CBC,CRP, SR. Vitamin D, ionic calcium, KFT, SR. Vitamin B12. Do consult online and get prescribed after sharing reports.  Till then you can continue vitamin d supplements. Give her proper diet. Avoid outside food

Now a days nutritional deficiency anaemia has become common and is seen in almost 60% of children of this age. It is due to deterioration of our food habits like use of junk and processed food ,lack of fresh vegetables, fruits and salads in our diet. In my opinion vitamin D deficiency is not common as exposure to sunlight is good at this age. You must check her blood to rule out cause of anaemia
Next Steps
Do her CBC,RBC indices,Peripheral smear and serum ferritin levels, urinalysis
Health Tips
If you notice paleness of face, swelling around eyes and over feets then it should taken care immediately
