Hi ...my daughter is 5 month's 27 days old ...I saw 4 day before she have some small pimple near her lips and now it's some where in her face also ...when ever I clean her face with worm water it sow normal but some time it's show's too much it's near her lips upper and down lips ...she always licking her finger also... that's why all time near her lips place is wet ...so suggest me what should I apply aur what should I do?

Most probably a saliva dermatitis. Make sure that you wash the face frequently ( 3-4 times a day) and apply baby cream on the wet face

Can you describe the lesion more specifically... like colour of lesion? Is it pus filled? Size of it?
History of insect bite? Like mosquitoes.?
Mostly these kids will have mosquito bites, which turns like this. So don't do anything, it will subside. If lesions are increasing and kid develops fever, etc then you need to consult your doctor
