5 month old fell but is normal?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My 5 month old baby fell off the bed and went head first on a pack of diapers while I was cleaning her bottles.she didn’t cry and when placed back on the bed proceeded to crawl to the edge again like nothing happened. Should I be worried or take her to the hospital?
