My daughter is 4 months 5 days old. She rolled from back to stomach for the first time, when she was 3 months 27days old. After that many times she rolled on the same day and next day. But after that she is not rolling. Though, she is turning left and right. Please let me know is this a sign of worry? Why is it happening?

Seems to be normal development. Around 4 - 5 months baby turns from prone to supine first, then around 5 - 6 months baby turns from supine to prone position. Development varies from individual to individual. Should wait for a few months before branding it as a delayed development.
Next Steps
Make sure the baby has attained neck control which is a critical milestone. If achieved then nothing much to worry about.
