3yrs boy, Round shape skin itching patch

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi doctor my 3.5yrs old boy, keep on getting itching and round patches. If mosquito bite within 3days its turned as red bumps ad continued itching looks dark marks. All over hands ad leg. I am using oilautum, calosoft, cataphil no recovery, for itching doctor prescribed syrup too.. Dry skin not changing even applied oil. He habit ah nail biting. Help me pls. Picture attached
