3yr old fell down and got scratches
My son aged 3 just fell down while playing and got some scratches in hand. It seemed to be very minor but in the last two days it became dark and pus is coming out of the injured area. He has pain as well.Kindly suggest any cream for quick fix .Worried since he is just 3 years to take a call on own. Thanks!
