3mm stone in Vuj
Hi doctors, A week ago i was admitted in hospital with severe pain in right side back groin area. After CT scan, 3mm stone was seen in Vuj. I was kept under observation for 3 days, when no pain occured i was discharged with medicines. Please tell me if this is something alarming or any advice needed. I really don't want to do any surgery. Attaching my CT report for reference.

In all probability the stone would have passed out by now and you should be fine. Having said that ,it is still important for you to drink atleast 3 litres of water per day. Medical expulsive therapy should be an effective treatment in your case.
Next Steps
consult an urologist for proper evaluation and management.
