38 week baby delivery in pregnancy
My doctor asking us to plan for delivery in end of 38 week insted of waiting 40 week complete pregnant since my wife not having any issues Is it fine to plan for delivery in 38th week and is all organs developed by end of 38th week?.

Better to consult your treating gynecologist and why she s advising early delivery. No problem with baby's development. Development is completed by term 37 weeks

All organs are developed at 38 weeks. You can go ahead with delivery.

Yes all organs are developed at 38 weeks Baby is not premature But then unnecessary induction of labour may end u up in a cesarean section Better to wait till spontaneous onset of labour till 40 weeks of there are no other complicating factors
