3 months old baby suffering from Acne

Hello Doc, My 3 months old baby boy is suffering from acne.. earlier they were white pimples on his cheeks foreheads now I can see red pimples like teenage on his cheeks foreheads and chin.. Is it possible due to touching and kissing of family members? Please advise Thanks for your suggestions Br, Vishesh Verma
