3 MONTHS BABY LOSE MOTION

Hi Sir, My bady is 3 months old and she suffer from loose motion since last week. We had start one antibiotics coligyl and one power Reflora twice a day. And after week we have stoop test as doc consult then report come with Reducing sugar :Present ++,Reaction Ph Acidic, Occult Blood:Present+ Doc suggest as stop mother milk and start Zerolac power instead mother milk So sir my question is this what is dosage of zerolac power
