If other developmental milestones ( motor, sensory etc) are normal, then it alright, although she needs detailed evaluation of her childhood and ante, peri, post natal history for confirming the same.
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist for reassurance
Health Tips
if you are googling symptoms don't panic unnecessarily instead consultant a specialist.

Hi... Mostly language develops in the first 3 years. Development of speech depends upon so many factors like genetic and environmental factors. It is also important to see how much stimulation the child is getting from the environment. If there are people around the child and talking to her. Like encouraging her to ask questions and answeing them, then she will develop speech faster. However I need further details regarding the same before labelling the speech as normal or abnormal.
Hi, need to check all her developmental milestones
She may be needs speech therapy or close monitorning of her development
Kindly consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management
