3.5 weeks now I still have pain from iud

It’s been 3 weeks and I still have pain and I’m still bleeding after my kyleena iud. My bf and I have also had unprotected sex where he has ejaculted in me. Iv never had kids and I’m worried the iud is in wrong and isn’t working. The stings feel fine but the pain and bleeding hurts.
