  4. 3-4 RBC in urine test. Please advise!

3-4 RBC in urine test.
I m 58 year old female.recently i had done urine test and found 3-4 Rbc . Than doctor suggests me for sonography which was normal. My periods has stoped 5 years before. Please advise
