I showed one doctor but didn't fine my problem sometime iam in fever but only my head is hot but my body is cold currently iam in running nose eye is burning lightly and sometime head pains like hell iam having this 2years continue but fine the solution plz help

You may be having sinusitis. Get cbp. Crp, c.t. scan brain done and share results.
Take tab paracetamol 500mg one if headache is more. Take cetrizine 10mg one daily for 5 days.
Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.

Do not ignore 2-year symptoms—chronic sinus or migraine needs proper diagnosis.
Avoid dust, cold air, smoke, strong smells
Drink warm fluids, sleep properly
