2nd sitting horror!
I’ve had root canal for my molar once before but that wasn’t painful after local anesthesia. But this one is really painful. And I’m really scared of going back to the hospital. Yes my dental surgeon has precribed me antibiotics. By the 2nd sitting 5 days antibiotics course will be completed. Yesterday I almost cried from pain

It is very important to get your root canal completed. If your first sitting experience has been uncomfortable try visiting an Endodontist ( root canal specialist) who are trained to make you very comfortable as they are specialised in root canals. And if pain is the cause make sure you get your treatment done under local anaesthesia.

Tell your dentist to give a local anaesthetic. Normally the pain should decrease once the anesthesia has worked
