Put silverx ointment and soframycin later on.
It's been 3 days since the accident and this is how the would looks. Blisters have swollen immensely.
Is this normal? Any precautions or

No it’s not normal, you would need a specialised dressing to cover it up so that it heals , leaving it open may complicate and increase the risk of infection
