Nausea & vomiting in pregnancy may be present in up to 70% of cases ..
Usually it subsides itself by 16 weeks of pregnancy..
Some precautions you may take are:
1) Avoid triggers ( smell, food) which leads to nausea & vomiting
2)Take small meals at frequent intervals
4) Take bland food, avoid rich & spicy food
5)Drink water 15 to 20 min after food
6) on getting up in the morning take cracker biscuits
7) Can use ginger supplements
8) A combination of doxylamine with pyridoxine will be ver helpful
Backache: Its very common, avoid bending, do regular light exercises & apply local diclofenac ointment
