Foetal movements are a very important parameter of foetal well being ,one please try maintaing a kick count .....for example after meals in one hour if you have 3-4movements it is a good count,if u ever feel a specific day movements are less than bef9re then I recommend a check up where heart beat alone is not important .....a colour Doppler to see fluid around the baby and also the fluid around the baby (amniotic fluid is important).Once sugar test also needs to be done, sleeping on left side will help.

If the ultrasound is showing everything normal there is no need to worry, just see that the amniotic fluid is sufficient, as less fluid there is sometimes responsible for less movements.
