28 weeks pregnant high SGPT & SGOT
My wife is 28 weeks pregnant with everything normal. She feels regular movements, her AFI is 9.5 CM. Recently, she has done her blood test and now her SGPT is 76.4 and SGOT is 45.2. Our Gynec suggested to go for Bile Salts Serum test on urgent basis. Please suggest if everything is normal or any problem. She doesn't have any itching problem.

There is no harm in getting the tests done but based on the information provided so far I don't think she needs any active treatment.
